Mindful Eating Course to be Offered in JanuaryThe Mindfulness Center will be offering another Mindful Eating Course starting this month. The course is designed to help people alter their behavior and improve their relationship to food, eating and their bodies. With mindfulness as the foundation, this eight-week course provides participants with the tools, understanding and practices to alter unhealthy behavior, thoughts, and habits that are at the root of mindless over-eating, binge eating, and body dissatisfaction. Registration is currently open for this course which will meet from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Mondays from January 22 to March 11, 2024.
