Mindfulness Renewal Course to Be Offered Starting March 6
This four-week course is designed for those who want to renew their mindfulness practice and who have competed an eight-week mindfulness course, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness for Healthcare Employees, Mindful Eating and Advanced Mindful Leadership. With the support and inspiration of a class, a variety of mindfulness practices will be revisited. Discussions will focus on attitudes and routines that support ongoing practice, including how awareness can be cultivated informally throughout the day.
