Mindful Healthcare Series:
Viewing and Discussion
In 2019, the Mindful Healthcare Summit, produced by The Awake Network and Mindful Magazine, brought together leading neuroscience researchers, mindfulness experts, and dedicated medical professionals who are making a difference in their healthcare systems, universities, and hospitals nationwide. Now, we are bringing the recordings of these talks and conversations to you!
The first Tuesday of each month, we will view a recorded segment from the summit and facilitate a discussion around the topic. Throughout the series you’ll learn evidence-based practices to improve patient care, support personal well-being and help address systemic challenges within the healthcare system.
