Mindfulness-Based Habit Change is a six-week, 90-minute Zoom course that combines mindfulness practices with the neuroscience behind how habits are formed and how to change the unwanted ones. Registration is now open for the Fall class. Registration is also currently open for other fall courses, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness for Healthcare Employees, Mindful Eating, and Advanced Mindful Leadership for UVA Employees.
