A Silent Retreat for Current and Past Participants of All Eight-Week UVA Mindfulness Programs Will Be Held on June 4
A virtual silent retreat will be held by Zoom from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturday, June 4, led by Cawood Fitzhugh. All current and past eight-week mindfulness program participants are welcome to attend. The retreat will include a series of led meditations as well as an opportunity to practice mindful eating.
