The Mindful Pause, a 15-minute daily live virtual meditation, is taking a break for the summer. The Pause was begun to offer a respite from the stresses of dealing with the COVID pandemic. It has been offered every day at 4 pm from Monday through Friday since April of last year, led by Cawood Fitzhugh, Betty Mooney and John Schorling. Betty will continue to lead a 30-minute meditation followed by an optional discussion period on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm. You can register here:
