In response to the increased stress many of us are feeling as a result of COVID-19, the Mindfulness Center will host a virtual Mindful Pause for 15 minutes every day at 4 pm. These sessions will be offered live via Zoom and will be led by a Mindfulness Center instructor. Sometimes this will be a meditation, sometimes it will be gentle movement, always it will be a space to breathe.
Registration is required (once for all sessions). Visit the Mindfulness Center website to register:
To join the sessions by computer:
- Click on the meeting link sent after you register.
- If you have never used Zoom, you will be prompted to download a Zoom “plug in”. This takes just a few seconds. Once it is downloaded you will be prompted to click on the Zoom launcher to activate.
- Follow the prompts to connect your audio and video.
