A free all-day silent retreat for current and past students of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy programs.

Daylong Retreat: Saturday, February 9th 2019
Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Parking: Parking is free on Saturdays. As you enter the research park the building will be on the left. Proceed around the back to park, facing the building you will walk to the left around the front to the entrance into the retreat space.
Students: Please pack your own lunch and beverages, wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes for outdoor walking meditation. As a courtesy to those with allergies, please wear clothing free of cat/dog hair and avoid strong perfumes/deodorants. Please plan to arrive a little early so that we can begin on time. Thank you!
