Fall is upon us, and the change of seasons is becoming apparent as the days are getting shorter and cooler. As we move on from the activities of summer, the Mindfulness Center is again offering a full schedule of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) classes. Two MBSR classes, taught by Susan Stone and Susanna Williams, are currently underway. There is still space in two upcoming classes, a morning MBSR class that will be taught by Teresa Miller and an evening MBCT class that will be taught by David Silver. Both will begin on October 8.
