Finding Your Heart’s Natural Balance
Our days are often filled with hours of feeling separate, a squeezing of the heart, and only moments of wholeness and inner balance. Finding the heart’s balance is much like water-skiing: Riding naturally through the boat’s wake and balancing naturally amid everyday challenges—both require a sensitive attention and response to the ever-shifting moment. In this retreat, we will explore what the heart’s balance means and will practice with personally recognizing it. The retreat will include a talk by Susan as well as meditative exercises. Open to all, whether you are new to meditation or a long-time practitioner.
