Free One Hour Introduction to Mindfulness Sessions

The UVa Mindfulness Center offers free one-hour Introduction to Mindfulness sessions.  

Please contact Karen Rush if you would like to schedule a one-hour session for your group with one of our experienced mindfulness teachers.  The Mindfulness Center also offers longer, customized mindfulness workshops and courses. These range  from single 2 to 3 hour workshops to courses that meet for several hours a week for four to six weeks to full 8 week MBSR courses.  Let us know the type of program you​’d like and we would be happy to work with you on developing one that will fit your needs.
