Workshop – Retreat
In this experiential workshop-retreat, explore how to traverse the terrain of difficult emotions through mindfulness, presence, and compassion. Popular mindfulness instructor Susan Carol Stone will guide you in establishing a personal mindfulness program, which will help you relax into the present moment and relate to difficult emotions from a new perspective.
This program is perfect for novice and experienced practitioners. These practices are a powerful complement to therapy work. An ability to stay with your difficult emotions as they arise is a prerequisite for enrollment. While the workshop sessions will involve talking, outside the sessions, silence will be encouraged, though not required.
