Over 1000 people have now taken Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction through the UVa Mindfulness Center. If you are among those who have taken MBSR and would like to review the lessons taught in the class and rekindle your practice this course is designed for you. This four-week refresher course, taught by Sam Green and Laura Meyer, is designed for MBSR graduates who currently do not practice regularly, and would like to pick it up again. All of the formal practices taught in the MBSR program will be revisited. Discussions will focus on attitudes and routines that support regular practice, and on the many ways the practice can be incorporated throughout the day.
