Season’s Greetings from the Mindfulness Center. This can be a joyful time of year, focusing on family and friends and giving to others. It can also be stressful, maybe because there just doesn’t seem to be enough time to get everything done. In the hustle and bustle of the season, it can be helpful to remember to slow down, to pay attention to the present moment with kindness towards ourselves, and to appreciate what we do have. Things often aren’t exactly as we would like them to be, but in this moment, as we take this breath, there is more right with us than wrong with us, and for this we can be truly grateful.
