Two New Meditations

Teresa MillerTwo new meditations are now available on the Mindfulness Center website to listen to or download from the website audio resources section. Both are led by Teresa Miller.

The first is a 15 minute guided breath meditation, and the second is a 16 minute mindfulness of thought meditation.
