Construction is progressing on the Paul and Diane Manning Institute of Biotechnology at the Fontaine Research Park. All underground plumbing and electrical work were completed and inspected, allowing the concrete slab on grade to be poured in April 2025.

The project is closely sequenced by the project team to encourage crew efficiency. While this first steel column was being set, concrete pours were continuing at the North Tower. In early June, steel installation of the North Tower commenced.
