Research in Motion: Sarah Ewald, PhD

My lab is interested in developing new technologies that allow us to study the immune response in a tissue at a biopsy scale. We can add molecular handles to proteins in those tissues, which allow us to understand which ones are causing disease long before the disease has progressed. —Sarah Ewald, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology
