Now available on the Claude Moore Health Sciences Library website, the Team Science Learning Module explores the fundamentals of team science, factors contributing to effective teams, team science in context of institutional and external incentive structures, and required physical and technical environments to support team science. Team Science is a transdisciplinary collaboration that unites researchers from diverse backgrounds to address complex questions and societal problems.
The Team Science Learning Module was created in partnership with the integrated Translational Health Research Institute of Virginia (iTHRIV), University of Virginia’s Office of the Vice President for Research and the Environmental Research Institute. iTHRIV is funded by the National Center for Advancing Translational Science of the National Institutes of Health Awards UL1TR003015/ KL2TR003016.
