Ifrah Zawar, MD
Ifrah Zawar, MD, an assistant professor in the Department of Neurology, is lead author on a multicenter study about how epilepsy patients have earlier cognitive decline compared to people without epilepsy. She conducted this study in collaboration with Jaideep Kapur, MD. Her research findings were presented at a recent American Epilepsy Society Annual Meeting in December 2023.
