In the latest Hoos in STEM podcast episode, host Ken Ono, PhD, and student producers Reeya Verma and Catherine Cossaboom interview four graduating students as “shining examples of our amazing Class of 2024!” One of the students interviewed includes Grant GianGrasso, a 2024 Master of Public Health graduate in the Department of Public Health Sciences.
Grant is the recipient of the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship and plans to obtain a doctorate in clinical medicine at the University of Oxford. He is also the editor-in chief of The Virginia Medical Review, an organization that publishes student science and medical writing from student authors at universities across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
