Laura Stanley, MS, CCLS, a child life specialist, joins the Children’s Hospital on June 22, 2015. Laura completed her undergraduate degree in May 2010 and her Master’s degree in August 2011, both at Wheelock College in Boston, Massachusetts. She worked as an Activity Assistant at Pendleton Health and Rehabilitation Center in Mystic, Connecticut until she came to Charlottesville and the UVa Children’s Hospital. She joins Amanda Simas, Lead Child Life Specialist, as well as Jess VanHorn, CCLS, and Tina Berg, CCLS. We are delighted Laura is here! Please welcome her warmly.
