
Peter Paige, MD
The American Association for Physician Leadership (AAPL), a premier organization for physician leadership education and advocacy, has elected Peter Paige, MD, to its Board of Directors. Dr. Paige is the inaugural chief clinical officer at UVA Health, overseeing clinical operations and quality across all UVA Health hospitals and care areas to ensure efficiency, standardization, and enhanced patient outcomes. In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Paige is an associate professor in the UVA Department of Emergency Medicine.
As an AAPL board member, Dr. Paige will help advance the organization’s mission of transforming healthcare through physician leadership by focusing on expanding industry-leading educational opportunities and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
