James D. Gorham, MD, PhD
James D. Gorham, MD, PhD has been selected as the inaugural president of the AABB Foundation Board of Directors. The Association for the Advancement of Blood and Biotherapies (AABB) originally launched the National Blood Foundation (NBF) in 1983. Rebranding the NBF as the AABB Foundation underscores the expanding reach and growing importance of the foundation’s work.
Dr. Gorham is the division chief of the Division of Laboratory Medicine in the Department of Pathology.
