UVA Health Lung Transplant Clinic Team led by Hannah Mannem, MD, a pulmonologist in the Department of Medicine’s Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, received the FY23 Quarter 4 Patient Experience Award for top performer in clinic visits.
This award recognizes a clinic team that exceeded the 2023 goals on four key metrics, according to UVA Health’s patient experience clinic survey, including:
- Patient access domain
- Care provider overall domain
- Staff work together to care for me survey question
- Likelihood of recommending our practice survey question
Hannah Mannem, MD
The UVA Health Lung Transplant Clinic Team also earned the highest combined score for all four key metrics with a score of 98.3%. This was the highest score of any clinic or team at UVA Health for this quarter. The team achieved the 99th percentile for all four key metrics.
Congratulations to Dr. Mannem and the entire team, including the pulmonary transplant advance practice providers, nurses, faculty and fellows, who are truly deserving of this honor. The UVA Health Lung Transplant Clinic Team’s outstanding commitment to supporting the patient experience by providing compassionate care to all who are served is amazing!
