Christopher P. Holstege, MD, a professor of emergency medicine and pediatrics and director of Blue Ridge Poison Center, was elected a member of the board of directors for the American Association of Poison Control Centers. The term is for three years and is effective at the close of the annual general membership meeting in September 2022.
