Charles M. Friel, MD
Surgeon Charles Friel, MD, a professor in the Department of Surgery, was officially elected a fellow of the American Surgical Association (ASA) in April 2023. The ASA 144th Annual Meeting will be held April 4-6, 2024, at the Grand Hyatt Washington, in Washington, D.C. and Dr. Friel will be introduced during the opening session.
