A School-wide StandPoint Faculty Engagement Survey results sharing session was held Friday, March 31, 12-1 p.m. via Zoom. Valerie Dandar, director of medical school operations research with the AAMC, shared the SOM’s 2022 StandPoint Survey results. The session provided participants an opportunity to review a summary of results, see improvements since the last survey, and discuss opportunities for the SOM and UVA Health to be stronger organizations.
