Samuel Oyer, MD
Sam Oyer, MD, an associate professor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. This is the national certifying organization for facial plastic surgeons seeking board certification. In this role, Dr. Oyer will help ensure high quality and standards of facial plastic surgeons nationwide.
