Donna Broshek, PhD to Serve as Faculty Guide for SOM Faculty

The UVA Provost Office has offered a successful Faculty Guide program to academic faculty for several years. This program is available to faculty and department chairs as an independent resource for questions about resources and various policies. The program was recently expanded to include a Faculty Guide specifically dedicated to School of Medicine faculty and Dr. Donna Broshek was selected to fill this role. Donna Broshek, PhD, ABPP-CN is a clinical neuropsychologist, the John Edward Fowler Professor in Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences, and has been a faculty member since 1998.

Dr. Broshek is available to meet with faculty in the SOM and provide guidance on resources and pertinent policies related to faculty leave, retirement, mental health resources, and navigating potential conflicts of interest. In addition, webinars on these topics will be offered with content specific to SOM faculty. A Faculty Guide listens, works to understand questions and concerns, and guides faculty to relevant resources and policies.
