Costi Sifri, MD, a professor in the Department of Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases (ID) and International Health, is one of four co-chairs for IDWeek 2024, which will be held in Los Angeles Oct. 16-19, 2024.
IDWeek is the joint annual meeting of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America, the HIV Medicine Association, the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society and the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists.
This international meeting hosts ID experts from around the world who are advancing the field of ID. Attendees gather to participate in scientific programming tailored to their roles and educational sessions that address ID’s most pressing challenges. Last year, there were approximately 12,500 attendees at IDWeek 2023, held in Boston.
