Description/Learning Objectives: Even if you don’t monitor your online reviews, you’ve probably at least heard of Yelp, Vitals, ZocDoc, and other clinician rating sites. In this class, you’ll learn: how reviews and review sites work; what data tells us about what motivates patients and caregivers to write and read reviews; what influence reviews (rightly or not) wield in the minds of those seeking care; and best practices for interacting with reviews and clinician review sites (if you choose to). (1 CME credit)
