Please join Faculty Guides Bethany Teachman and Donna Broshek, along with Ombudsperson Amanda Monaco and representatives from HR, for a discussion about strategies for addressing conflict in the workplace and the different options available to UVA faculty to address complaints and concerns. This informal presentation and discussion is designed to allow faculty to raise questions so they can get the information they need to figure out their options.
