Description/Learning Outcomes: Curricular innovations are invaluable to the improvement of medical education programs, and thus, their dissemination to broader audiences is imperative. However, medical educators often struggle to translate innovative ideas into scholarly pursuits due to a lack of experience or expertise in selecting outcome measures that demonstrate impact. The purpose of this session is to help educators identify outcomes measures for educational innovations that facilitate their successful dissemination. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to describe the purpose of identifying outcome measures for educational innovations; list common outcome measures that may be used to assess innovations; and design a plan for incorporating outcome measures to an educational innovation of your choice (1 CME Credit)
