Faculty Description/Learning Objectives
  • Develop Communication Skills for Conflict Resolution: Participants will learn effective communication techniques, including active listening and assertive speaking, to engage constructively with coworkers during disagreements.
  • Recognize and Manage Emotional Responses: Attendees will be trained to identify their own emotional triggers and responses in conflict situations and will learn strategies for managing emotions to maintain professionalism and objectivity.
  • Implement Strategies for Reaching Consensus: Participants will gain practical skills in negotiation and compromise, learning how to find common ground and collaboratively develop solutions that address differing viewpoints within the workplace.
