Description/Learning Objective

  1. Develop Communication Skills for Conflict Resolution: Participants will learn effective communication techniques, including active listening and assertive speaking, to engage constructively with coworkers during disagreements.
  2. Recognize and Manage Emotional Responses: Attendees will be trained to identify their own emotional triggers and responses in conflict situations and will learn strategies for managing emotions to maintain professionalism and objectivity.
  3. Implement Strategies for Reaching Consensus: Participants will gain practical skills in negotiation and compromise, learning how to find common ground and collaboratively develop solutions that address differing viewpoints within the workplace.
