Team members from across the UVA Health system enjoyed ASPIRE Day 2025 including Dean Melina Kibbe, MD (center, white coat) and colleagues.
UVA Health hosted the third annual ASPIRE Day on Friday, Feb. 14 to engage with team members and celebrate our ASPIRE values: accountability, stewardship, professionalism, integrity, respect and equity.
The festivities happened at over 125 locations including our four main medical centers, call centers, ambulatory clinics, and other UVA Health offsite locations. UVA Health leaders from across the health system rounded and hosted tables to hand out 7,000 heart-shaped candy tins and thousands of valentine’s cards to team members.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by the table locations to have conversations with the leaders and volunteers. This year, ASPIRE Day was dedicated to all the team members who put our patients first every day.
