Karmen Fittes, MBA will join UVA Human Resources as UVA Health’s inaugural Chief of Human Resources on September 1, 2022. Karmen is joining UVA from University of California, Davis where she has served since 2016 as executive director of talent and rewards for the university and its health system. She will lead HR for UVA Health in support of UVA Health’s mission of transforming health and inspiring health for all Virginians and beyond.
