Question: How can faculty provide feedback about the new SOM Clinical Compensation Plan?
Answer: There are several ways to provide feedback or ask a question about the plan. You can email the Clinical Compensation Plan email box at clinicalcompplan@uvahealth.org or send a message directly to SOM Chief Operating Officer Jeremy Sibiski, and you also can reach out to your department Chair or a member of your department’s Compensation Plan Committee. We have received a lot of constructive feedback thus far and take your feedback to heart. We welcome continued two-way dialogue so that we may clarify information and address your concerns.
