Virginia Piedmont Regional Science Fair (VPRSF) is seeking judges — an opportunity to “pay it forward” and help inspire the next generation of scientists. The 2024 VPRSF will be held at the UVA North Fork Discovery Park on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
The VPRSF is an educational and motivating experience for middle school and high school students from our region. Your involvement as a judge is an opportunity to encourage and support STEM students from more than a dozen counties in the Piedmont region. The “high point” of the fair experience for most students is their interviews with judges. Your participation will help inspire and foster the interest and skills of talented young STEM students.

Schedule on the day of the event:
- Judge check-in starts at 8 a.m. (coffee, light breakfast)
- Judge orientation at 9 a.m.
- Judging starts at 10 a.m. and should end no later than 2:30 p.m. (oftentimes much sooner than that). Lunch will available for judges and parking is provided.
- For those interested in Best of Show judging, you will need to stay until 4-4:30 p.m.
