At UVA Health, we are committed to advancing our goal of becoming a best place to work by fostering a work environment where every team member feels valued, heard, and empowered. As part of this commitment, UVA Health implemented a system-wide engagement survey in the fall of 2022. In order to track our progress across various work environment attributes, we will conduct a Pulse Engagement Survey — a quick, focused survey designed to gather your valuable feedback. Note: UVA School of Medicine faculty will be excluded from the Pulse Engagement Survey since they participated in a different engagement survey in 2022. Additionally, UVA School of Nursing team members are also excluded, given that they will take a different survey later this year.
Your insights will help us understand what we are doing well and where we can further improve. The survey will cover various aspects of our work culture, including communication, support, and overall job satisfaction. It is designed to be brief and take a short amount of time to complete.
Your responses will be confidential. We value your honesty and encourage you to share your true thoughts and experiences.
Please look for an email from Press Ganey with the subject line “2024 UVA Health Pulse Engagement Survey” on Monday, July 15. The survey will be open until August 4.
