Francis Shen, MD, and Adam Shimer, MD, made Newsweek’s 2024 list of the 150 leading spine surgeons in the U.S.

The ranking assesses surgeons’ procedures using Medicare data, conducts an online survey among over 30,000 medical experts, rates quality of care through peer evaluations of each spine surgeon, and considers their certifications from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Ultimately, it recognized 150 top spine surgeons, chosen from the 20 states with the most practicing physicians.

Congratulations to Dr. Shen and Dr. Shimer for their inclusion in this distinguished roster of spine surgeons!
