UVA Schwartz Center Rounds: What is a Beloved Community

When a patient spends her entire, two-year life in the hospital, how does that impact the care team and what can they take away from the experience?

Target Audience: Physicians, Nurses, APPs, Chaplains, Social Work, All Staff

Desired Outcomes: At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate enhanced communication with patients, family members and colleagues.
