The UVA Voice Center is presenting the seventh annual World Voice Day concert on Friday, April 28th from 6-9pm. The concert is brought to you by UVA Voice Center Director James J. Daniero, MD, Joanna Lott, SLP, and the UVA Voice Team. The event is co-sponsored by the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the UVA Communication Sciences & Disorders Program.
YOUR VOICE MATTERS. Our mission is to build awareness of vocal health and the solutions to voice problems that the UVA Voice Team can provide. This event provides singers who have gone through vocal rehabilitation with our voice team the opportunity to return to the stage after vocal injury. After which, we will welcome our featured performer – all the way from Nashville – Virginia’s own Toni Clare!
World Voice Day is celebrated world-wide during the month of April. This event is open to the public and a celebration of the human voice, its beauty, imperfections, and resilience. You can learn more by emailing Joanna Lott.
