Jennie Babcock, MS
UVA School of Medicine leadership is pleased to announce that Sr. HR Business Partner Jennie Babcock, MS, SHRM-SCP, XCC, will be moving into the Director of Service role for the School of Medicine. In this role, Jennie will lead the UVA HR Business Partner team in their support of the School of Medicine leaders strategic initiatives.
Jennie has been with UVA Human Resources for two years, supporting a number of areas in the School of Medicine. Prior to joining UVA, Jennie served in HR leadership roles at Cornell University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Binghampton University, a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Scranton and is certified as an executive coach.
Jennie will transition to her new role on May 6. Over the next few weeks, the School of Medicine will be working on recruitment for a new business partner to support her current service area.
