Per NOT-OD-26-018, NIH will require use of the new Common Forms, prepared and certified in the SciENcv platform, for Biosketches and Other Support submitted for applications, RPPRs, and JIT after Jan. 25, 2026.
To assist faculty with transitioning their existing information or documents in the SciENcv module, the School of Medicine Office of Grants and Contracts is offering two open-forum sessions on Jan. 29 at 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Join the virtual sessions through the Zoom links below.
Each session will include a brief tour of the system covering access, navigation, and form completion, and a Q&A opportunity to receive guidance or troubleshooting advice for completing the new forms.
