These include a new Unwinding Anxiety course as well as Mindful Eating, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Mindfulness for Healthcare Employees courses.\u00a0 In addition, a Mindfulness Renewal course for past participants looking for an opportunity to renew their practice will be offered in March.
