These sessions are offered live via Zoom and are led by a Mindfulness Center instructor. Sometimes this will be a meditation, sometimes it will be gentle movement, always it will be a space to breathe.<br \/>\nOn Tuesdays, the Pause starts as usual. For those who need to leave after 15 minutes, they can do so quietly.
