It is an honor to share an update from the Division of Infectious Diseases and International Health. We are 35 faculty, nine fellows, and four nurse practitioners supported by terrific staff. We are busy with 3 inpatient consultation services along with general medicine ward attending, and also staff a number of outpatient specialty clinics. Our research grant expenditures exceed $16M and we have faculty active in areas from antimicrobial resistance to HIV and global health and everywhere in between. We are active educationally, as clerkship directors and curriculum developers. We will kick off 2020 with a few features highlighted in the January issue of Medicine Matters and look forward to a great year ahead.
