Tell us a little about yourself?
I am a Clinical Nephrologist and Epidemiologist. I spend a lot of my time on clinical research in kidney disease including work in observational cohort studies, patient-oriented physiologic studies and clinical trials, and registry/EHR-based outcomes research.
What brings you to Charlottesville?
We came to Charlottesville to work at UVA! Can’t imagine a more beautiful place or welcoming faculty.
What do you do in your spare time?
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my family. I have three amazing kiddos, a high-energy hound dog, and wonderfully supportive husband. If there is any more time I like to get outside, eat good food, read, and relax with friends.
Favorite places to travel?
Well, we just had a great vacation in Hilton Head. Hit on all my favorite activities above, except we had to leave the dog at home…
