Jeff Goldsmith is a health industry analyst specializing in corporate strategy, trend analysis, health policy and emerging technologies. He is President of Health Futures, Inc. (http://www.healthfutures.net/). Timothy Jost is the Willett Family Professor of Law at Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA.
